The 34th Annual CHBA-NL Home Show last month proved to be a successful and very busy show for us. In fact, we are proud to announce that we won the Best Marketing of New Homes – Multiple Booths Award.
At the Home Show, we showcased our streetscape and park drawings. Never seen before, these renderings communicate the vision of what our streets and park will look like upon completion. Also at the Home Show, our 6 builders listed their home plans and pricing for public viewing on MLS®. They are worth taking a look at. Ask your Realtor how!
The below streetscape rendering shows the vision of what Galway Boulevard will look like upon completion. Construction on these model homes will begin in the next few weeks! There will be a lot of action going on here this summer as we work towards the Grand Opening of the model homes this fall. Along with our Information Centre, Galway Boulevard will be the home of our model homes.
Information Centre Update
In our last newsletter, we reported that our Information Centre is now under construction. We are pleased to confirm that construction is progressing along nicely and it will open soon for this summer. This Information Centre will serve as the hub for all Galway inquiries. It will be open to the public and staffed with a Sales & Marketing Manager onsite to answer all your questions and help you find your new home in Galway.
Clifden Woods Patio Homes
The plans for these beautiful Patio Homes at Clifden Woods have been approved and construction is about to commence. These contemporary 2+1 bedroom bungalows have 1,500 square feet on the main floor, an attached garage and come complete with luxurious features including a propane fireplace, 9’ ceilings and open concept kitchen and living. These bungalow Patio Homes are freehold and not condos – so there are no condo fees. The basement can be fully finished or left unfinished.
